Dubai Center for Special Needs is a non-profit, charity organization dedicated to providing Special Education, Multi-Disciplinary Therapeutic Intervention and Vocational Training to students with various disabilities. Our vision is to provide each and every one of our students the key to a positive, productive and more independent life, thereby “Lighting the path toward a brighter future.” We are currently accepting applications for the following position: SPECIAL NEEDS CLASS TEACHER We are looking for an experienced Classroom Teacher to join our dedicated teaching team in providing an educational program and learning environment that guides and encourages Special Needs students to develop and fulfill their full potential. - Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited institution in a relevant field - Teaching credential or certification - Minimum of 2+ years teaching experience in the classroom, preferably with special needs children and young people - The ideal candidate would have a nursing or physiotherapy background for this particular role - Other educational related qualifications and/or training - Fluency in spoken & written English essential (and Arabic a plus) - Passionate and caring individuals - Experience in writing detailed educational reports, (IEPs) etc. Interested candidates are requested to send their CV with a Cover Letter
