RECRUITING ASSISTANT DUBAI
The primary role of the Recruiting Services Executive will be to support the hiring managers in their recruitment needs and to take responsibility for the administrational duties connected with the recruitment and on-boarding of faculty and staff positions. Duties and Responsibilities Manages the day-to-day processes associated with recruiting and on-boarding of staff and faculty. Coordinates between hiring departments and Total Compensation unit to make sure that jobs posted have correct title, updated job duties, and budget approval prior to posting. Maintains Excel spreadsheets on position vacancies and status of the recruitment in order to provide periodic reports. Writes advertisements for the web, newspapers etc. Vets the advertisements with the hiring departments. Uses creativity and innovation in the job ad content. Ensures the applicant tracking system is kept current to reflect the most up-to-date vacancy status and that vacancies are periodically closed and reopened in order to refresh aging applicant pools. Schedules interviews and campus visits for short listed candidates. Ensures video conference room is operational and ready for video conference interviews. Ensures that appropriate panels are selected for all interviews as per HR Policy. Coordinates and or participates in external recruitment events, locally and internationally. Ensures completeness of all required documentation for hiring selected candidate.
